Prototype terms
KeepSayk is a physical product concept under development. This site explains that concept and collects interest. It is not an offer for sale.

Prototype status
The product design, memory core, materials, finishes, loading and retrieval steps, opening method, capacity, and pricing remain subject to physical prototype validation and may change. References to editions and prices are current design targets, not finalized product specifications.

No transaction
No order, deposit, inventory hold, reservation, or payment is created or accepted through this site. A founding-access request asks only for an invitation if a future refundable-deposit checkout opens. Any payment terms, refund conditions, production gate, and discount will be shown again before money is accepted. Submitting any form does not guarantee a product, price, availability, production slot, or response.

Safety and use
Safety validation is not complete. Nothing on this site is an instruction to make, wear, break, or use an unvalidated physical prototype. KeepSayk is not available for consumer use at this stage.

Interest submissions
You may send an email address and optional note only if you have the right to share them. The founding-access builder does not accept media uploads or recordings. Do not send private files, passwords, payment details, illegal material, or another person's personal information. We handle submissions as described in the privacy notice.

Site content
The KeepSayk name, six-wave design, text, and site media are provided to explain the prototype direction. You may not present them as your product or use them to imply an approved KeepSayk product, partnership, or sale.

Changes
We may change or withdraw the prototype, site, edition directions, prices, or these terms as development continues. The terms published here are the current version.
