What we collect

The form asks for your email address, consent to receive physical prototype updates, and an optional memory note about what you would keep. A configuration request can also contain the edition, selected options, inscription text, and notes you choose to send. The founding-access builder records only the categories you select: memory format, recipient relationship, opening moment, edition, and landing-page variant. It does not request, record, or upload audio, video, photographs, or private files. The forms also record a short source label, such as site or TikTok, so we can understand where interest came from.

Do not put passwords, payment details, private files, or other sensitive personal information in the optional note.

How we use it

We use submissions to review prototype interest, understand the kinds of memories people want to preserve, reply when useful, and send meaningful physical prototype updates you asked to receive. We do not sell your personal information.

Email delivery

Your email address is stored as a contact in a dedicated KeepSayk segment in Resend, our email delivery provider. Submission details are delivered to KeepSayk through Resend email. Resend processes this information to provide those contact and email services under its own privacy and security terms.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics, and Speed Insights to measure page visits, performance, campaign attribution, and product interactions. Events can include internal navigation, button and link activation, form starts, field focus, validation state, submission milestones, scroll depth, engagement time, and media playback. Google Analytics may use first-party analytics identifiers to distinguish visits. Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.

We do not record keystrokes, field values, email addresses, memory notes, inscriptions, configuration notes, request references, query strings, fragments, or uploaded content in analytics events. Funnel events contain only bounded category labels, such as edition or relationship type, never names or private media.

Retention and your choices

A submission may remain in KeepSayk's and Resend's email systems until it is deleted through their normal account or service controls. You can opt out of future updates or request access, correction, or deletion by replying to a KeepSayk email.

If you have not received a reply, you can submit the form again with the same email address and put your privacy request in the optional note. We will use that second submission to handle the request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the prototype and contact process change. The version published on this page is the current one.
